Cancelation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us and we have reserved your scheduled appointment because we value your precious time. Thus, your appointment date and time will not be available for other clients who may also be booking an appointment with us. We understand that some unavoidable circumstances or unforeseen event/s may arise that you would need to re-schedule your appointment with us. If you wish to re-schedule your appointment, you may do so by logging back in at our booking site at https://www.northcoreimmigration.com/pay-book-online, search for the "Login" button, cancel your appointment and pick a new date and time simultaneously. Note that you can only do the re-scheduling of appointment up to 48 hours before the start time, otherwise, your scheduled consultation would be considered to have been deemed completed even if you did not show up and no consultation fees are subject for refund. There will also be no refund for any cancellations up to 48 hours before start time, however, you can always book an appointment at a later date and your consultation fees will still be recognized to be valid. Again, a friendly reminder, all consultation fees are non-refundable once the payment has been made.
